Our Story

POINTER was founded with a simple observation: many growing businesses struggle with finance not because of lack of effort, but because their systems and processes were never designed to scale.

As companies grow, finance operations often become fragmented. Approvals happen over email or messaging apps, reports are prepared manually in spreadsheets, and valuable financial data sits across different systems. Instead of gaining insights, finance teams spend most of their time managing processes.

We started POINTER to change that.

Our goal is to help businesses reengineer their finance operations by combining modern cloud tools, workflow automation, and advisory expertise. By integrating platforms such as Xero, reporting tools, approval workflows, and automation solutions, we help companies build a modern finance stack that delivers real-time visibility and stronger internal controls.

With the right systems in place, finance teams can move beyond manual work and focus on what truly matters — understanding performance, supporting decision making, and enabling sustainable growth.
