We kept seeing the same finance gap in growing companies.

POiNTER was founded by professionals with backgrounds in accounting, corporate finance, venture capital, fundraising, and financial advisory.

Throughout our careers, we worked with businesses at different stages — from early-stage startups seeking investment to established companies preparing for expansion, acquisitions, and strategic growth.

Growing businesses often outgrow basic bookkeeping long before they are ready to engage a large accounting or advisory firm. Many operate without timely financial reporting, strategic finance leadership, or efficient finance processes during one of the most important stages of growth.
